Just yesterday, I reminded someone of how you would start the Morning Blessings with these very thoughts! I can picture your face with incredible excited curiosity saying, "I did nothing to get here...I'm just HERE! IT'S A MIRACLE!" Holding the collective consciousness with grace is the task. You taught us that over and over again!x

Such a delightful and meaningful reminder to us all. Life is a complete miracle and we are truly blessed to inhabit it. Love and blessings to all.

When I ran into you two at Minnewaska, I was so full of this awareness after my bike ride, I thought I might just float away... It was glorious, and so lovely to see you!

That was a magical moment on a magical day! We loved our brief time together. :)

Another wonderful and inspirational column that perfectly captures the attitude I try to maintain—not always successfully. It does , as the Quakers say “speak to my condition,” and parallels why my two most important prayers are prayers of thankgiving and gratitude, the Kedushah snd Sheheckyanu.

Thank you, Jon. My mom's favorite prayer was shehechiyanu - the older I get, the more I understand why!

I was always very fond of goulash, so now I know why your teachings, Rabbi Jonathan, have always been so tasty and satisfying. Thank you for the miracle of the way you share with us not only the wisdom of our sages but the way you share yourself.

I'm so glad I thought of goulash, just so that I could hear back from you :-) Thanks, and much love--

To be grateful even in the face of adversity and even evil is a great gift that we all should aspire to

Made think of a wonderful melody to the beginning of Psalm 42. Your words were like that spring of refreshing cool water in the wilderness that I picture. So easy not to remember to notice & acknowledge the miracle that is with us evening, morning to noon. Thanks Jonathan.

You're so welcome, Avi - glad we can connect this way! Sending love--
